  3. Regulatory and supervisory institutions and public institutions and organizations that are explicitly authorized by law to request personal data;
  4. Business partners, suppliers, contractors, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other natural or legal persons for the purposes specified;
  5. Tax and similar advisors, persons mandatory in legal follow-up processes, public institutions and organizations, third parties from whom we receive consultancy services, as well as other persons to whom we provide consultancy, including business partners, third-party service providers, and authorized persons and organizations within this scope.

Your personal data is not transferred abroad by Celep Law & Consultancy Office. In domestic transfers, your explicit consent will be obtained when necessary.

9. Personal Data Retention Period
Celep Law & Consultancy Office retains personal data for as long as required by the processing purposes specified in this clarification text and by taking into account the statute of limitations specified in the Law and relevant legislation. At the end of these periods, personal data will be deleted or destroyed in accordance with the Law.
